1. The App

Haxli lets you browse a library of everyday tips that is created and curated with the help of artificial intelligence. Every tip is labelled with an honest type (such as a folk tip, a common practice, or one based on openly available information), and tips earn community ratings over time as people mark whether they worked. The App does not declare any tip to be scientifically “proven” on its own.

The App is provided free of charge. There are no payments, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or advertising. We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the App.

2. AI-Generated Content and On-Demand Generation

The library is produced and maintained using AI tools, and the App can also generate tips on demand: with an account, you can ask it to put together tips for a problem the library does not cover yet. This feature is provided through a third-party AI provider (OpenAI), is subject to a fair-use daily limit, and may take a few seconds to run. For safety, we refuse to generate on certain sensitive topics — for example specific medical, financial, legal, or dangerous instructions. AI-generated tips are general information only, exactly like the rest of the library, and are subject to the note at the top of these Terms. 3. Who Can Use the App

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. By using the App you confirm that you are old enough to do so under the laws of your country and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from. If you are a minor, you should use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

4. Accounts

You can use the App anonymously. If you choose to create an account using Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-in, or email, you are responsible for keeping access to that account secure. The information we receive when you sign in, and how we handle it, is described in our Privacy Policy. You may delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete account, or by emailing us.

5. Community Ratings and Reports

When you mark a tip as “worked” or “didn't work,” react to cards, or report a tip, you help keep the library honest. You agree to use these features in good faith and not to submit false, misleading, or abusive reports. Community ratings reflect the experiences of individual users and are not a guarantee of any result for you.

6. Acceptable Use

When using the App, you agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
• Copy, scrape, harvest, or systematically extract the App's content to build a competing product or database without our written permission.
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the App, our servers, or our systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App, except to the extent permitted by law.
• Submit false abuse reports, impersonate others, or misuse the reporting and rating features.
• Upload or transmit any harmful code, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its content, design, text, graphics, and software are owned by or licensed to Evoogen Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. App Store Terms

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple's applicable terms. These Terms are between you and Evoogen Ltd only, not with Apple, and Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in, and will not use the App in, any country subject to applicable export-control or sanctions laws.

9. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any tip will produce a particular result. Tips are general information only, as set out at the top of these Terms, and you rely on them at your own discretion. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, which cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Because the App is provided free of charge, our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the App will not exceed £50.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or restrict access to the App, or terminate your account, if you breach these Terms or misuse the App. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account as described above. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. By continuing to use the App after the changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You and we agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, nothing in this section removes any right you have to bring proceedings, or to rely on mandatory consumer-protection rules, in the courts of the country where you live.
