Common questions.
How do I delete my account and my data?
Inside the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and the personal data associated with it.
You can also email support@evoogen.com from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete your data for you. What we store and for how long is in our Privacy Policy.
Is it really free?
Yes — completely. There are no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no advertising. We also don't sell your personal data. The product is the trust, not your data.
How is a tip “verified”?
In two honest ways. Every tip carries a type label — Folk tip, Common practice, or Has a source — so you always know its basis. We never claim fake authority or say “studies show.”
On top of that, people who try a tip mark “Worked for me” or “Didn't work,” and that community signal builds over time. The app never declares a tip “proven” by itself.
How do I report a wrong or unsafe tip?
Open the tip and use the report option on the card — it takes one tap and flags the tip for review. You can also email support@evoogen.com with a screenshot. Reports help keep the whole library honest, and we read every one.
What languages does the app support?
English, Ukrainian and Russian. Content is written natively in each language rather than machine-translated from one master copy.
Which platforms is it on?
iOS first. We'd rather ship one excellent app than several average ones, so the iPhone version comes first. Other platforms may follow.
Do I need an account to use it?
No. You can browse fully anonymously. Signing in with Apple, Google or email is optional and only exists to save your bookmarks, votes and knowledge profile across your devices.
Is the advice in the app professional advice?
No. The tips are general everyday information — not medical, financial or legal advice. For anything that matters to your health, money or legal position, please talk to a qualified professional. See our Terms of Use for the full disclaimer.
